  • LEE, BRENDA (12" 33rpm LP) "Reflections in Blue" (Decca DL 4941) 1967 VG+

    $10.00 $5.00
    There is only 1 item left in stock.

    Brenda Lee with her LP Reflections in Blue from 1967.  On Decca DL 4941 Mono version.  Brenda started out in the music industry at a very young age and gained some gold records, too.  Also known as "Miss Dynamite."  Back cover describes this LP as another side of her, singing by setting the mood and pace with blue songs.

    Side 1:  Here's That Rainy Day; You'll Never Know; Baby, Won't You Please Come Home; Can't Help Falling in Love; I'll Only Miss Him when I Think of Him.
    Side 2:  Am I Blue; If I Had You; Close to You; Little Girl Blue; I Will Wait for You.

    The cover is in pretty good shape except for seeing the white fade marks as ringwear.  I included a photo of the side seam as there was a little tear right in the middle on the top layer right next to the Lee name.  The corners are just starting to show a little wear, but not tears.  Back cover looks great!  No marks.  Original inside cover sleeve with Decca records.  The Decca label has no markings.  The vinyl on side 1 has about 15 very tiny light surface scratches and 2 light scuffs.  Side 2 has a little less with the super light small scratches and no scuffs, and some of those light scratches were in the matrix area.   There were no skips or pops when I played it through and the sound quality was great!  I did hear a little bit of those light crackles here and there, but it wasn't anything abnormal for a 48-year old vinyl LP.

    I rate the cover as Very Good Plus (VG+) but with light fade marks and the Vinyl as Very Good Plus (VG+) also!   P { margin-bottom: 0.08in; }
