    $5.00 $3.00
There is only 1 item left in stock.

Here's Judy Garland with her :Garland At The Grove" LP back from 1959.  It's on the Capitol label (logo at the left side of label).  With Freddy Martin and His Orchestra.  Recorded Live at the Cocoanut Grove-Ambassador Hotel, Los Angeles.

Side 1: Garland Overture; When You're Smiling; Zing! Went the Strings of My Heart; Purple People Eater; Medley: You Made Me Love You, for Me and My Gal, The Trolley Song.

Side 2:  When the Sun Comes Out; Rock-A-Bye Your Baby with a Dixie Melody; Over the Rainbow; After You've Gone; Pretty Girl; Swanee.

The LP cover has a little bit of ringwear showing at the top center and bottom center of the front.  There's a little wear to the right open side and also about 6" of a split seam at the top and bottom right.  Corners a worn and flaking.  And a white spot where a sticker was probably removed.  Back cover has just a couple of light small tan stains on the right.  Inside sleeve is a plain beige one.  The label is in great shape, but has a little white scratch near the middle.  The vinyl is shiny and looked great until I viewed it under the bright lamp.  There are a lot of little light scratches on both sides.  Side 2 had a couple of very light rubs across a section, too.  None of these scratches are feelable.  And I played it through with no skips or pops.  I did hear a little light crackling here and there that made you know it was vinyl, but it wasn't that distracting.  You would hear it more when it was a section where Judy was speaking or singing before the orchestra jumped in.   And when I turned my bass button a little higher, that covered up any crackling!  Considering it's a 1959 LP, I was still impressed on the sound quality.

I rate the cover as Good Plus (G+) to Very Good Minus (VG-) due to seam splits and spot where sticker was removed.  Vinyl sounded good and I give it a Very Good (VG) to Very Good Plus (VG+).
