Smokey Robinson & the Miracles Greatest
Hits Vol. 2. On Tamla TS 280 from 1968. Stereo. They are performing
their Detroit sound here. Great tunes!
Side 1: Going to a Go Go; The Tracks of My Tears; I Second That Emotion; OOO Baby Baby; My Girl Has Gone; Come On Do the Jerk.
Side 2: Whole Lot of Shakin' in my Heart; The Love I Saw in You Was Just a Mirage; (Come "Round Here) I'm the One You Need; More Love; Choosey Beggar; Save Me.
The cover has two small tears along the left side seam (just the top layer), pics attached. Corners are worn. Some dark and light fade spots around as ringwear. A 1" tear upper right corner of seam. Back looks okay with some darker fade spots, though here and there. No writing anywhere. A Tamla/Motown Sound inner sleeve comes with it. The vinyl does have quite a few obvious scratches across the grooves and smaller light scratches here and there, but there is no skipping or popping that affects the good sound quality. (About 10 various light scratches on each side.) Playback was great! Extremely minimal cracking here and there, but barely heard. I was surprised at how great the LP sounded!
I rate the cover as Good Plus (G+) because of the fade spots and worn corners. I rate the vinyl at Very Good Plus (VG+) due to great sound quality.
