Motown/Soul, The Temptations here with their "Temptations In A Mellow Mood" LP from 1967. Stereo. Some great tracks here! Gordy label GLPS 924. (R&B/Soul)
Side 1: Hello Young Lovers; A Tast of Honey; For Once In My Life; Somewhere; Ol' Man River; I'm Ready for Love.
Side 2: Try to Remember It; Who Can I Turn To; What Now My Love; That's Life; With These Hands; The Impossible Dream.
The album cover: Front shows white fade marks as ringwear at top and bottom mainly. There are a lot of white marks at the left side and some wear/tear along the open seam area. Bottom right corner has some top tearing, but no torn seams. Back cover just has some darker fad marks around the top and bottom areas. There is the original Motown inner sleeve included, too.
The vinyl: The purple and yellow Gordy label is in great condition, no marks. There are maybe 5 light surface scratches and a little scuffing on Side 1. Side 2 has the same, except I feel one short scratch a bit at the end of "What Now My Love" and the beginning of "That's Life." At that area when I played it through, I did hear several light pops at the end of "What Now My Love," but only once on "That's Life" and then it stopped. All the other surface scratches did not cause any pops or skips. Overall, the sound quality was great except for that one short popping section. There was minor general crackling going on here and there, but minor enough that you didn't really notice it.
I rate the cover as a Good Plus (G+) because of all the white fade marks against the purple cover. I rate the vinyl at generally a Very Good Plus (VG+), except for that one small section at the end of the song where I do here a light pop each time it circles that area.
